This website is operated by Flutterfrog for its Systemo build engine. By using it, you agree to these terms.

The website

The content here is for general information about Systemo’s services. Case studies, blueprints and pricing tiers are illustrative; the scope and cost of any actual build are set out in a separate written agreement.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. It is an enquiry; any engagement is governed by a signed proposal or master services agreement. Nothing on this site — including indicative pricing or timelines — is an offer capable of acceptance.

Intellectual property

The Systemo and Flutterfrog names, marks and the content of this site are the property of Flutterfrog. Ownership of anything we build for you is a separate matter, set out in your engagement agreement: on a completed build the source code and the intellectual property in it are yours, and we say so in writing before you commit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Where a dispute arises we will attempt to resolve it in good faith between us before either party commences proceedings.
